1. Please respect check-in/out times: We kindly ask that you respect the designated check-in and check-out times at the cabin to allow our staff proper time for housekeeping.

2. Respect personal property: Please treat all furniture, appliances, and amenities with care. We reserve the right to charge guests for any damages or lost items; please report any incidents as soon as possible to avoid any unnecessary charges.

3. Keep the cabin tidy: We kindly ask that you wash your dishes, dispose of garbage properly, and leave the cabin in the same condition as when you arrived. Staff will regularly collect and dispose of your trash.

4. No smoking in the cabin: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. If you wish to, please do so outdoors and dispose of any butts properly. There will be a $100 per day cleaning fee.

5. Respect quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours and respect the peace of neighboring guests. Typically, quiet hours begin at 10pm.

6. No pets allowed: To maintain a clean, allergy-free environment, we sadly cannot accommodate pets in the cabin. Please make appropriate arrangements for your furry friends. There will be a $100 per day fee for unauthorized pets.

7. No illegal substances or activities: It is strictly prohibited to possess, use, or participate in any illegal substances or behaviors on the property.

8. Park vehicles: To ensure accessibility for all, please park vehicles in the driveway nearest to your cabin, avoiding parking under the cabins or on any roadways.

9. No oversized vehicles: Larger vehicles such as RVs, buses, etc. are not allowed to stay on the property to maintain parking and road space availability.

10. No ATVs or golf carts: For safety, we have implemented a strict policy prohibiting the use of ATVs (All-Terrain Vehicles) and golf carts on the premises.

11. No parties or events: The cabin is not suitable for hosting parties or large gatherings; please refrain from organizing events without prior permission.

12. Leave no trace: Please respect your surroundings during your stay and dispose of trash in designated bins, avoid littering, and respect the local flora and fauna.

13. Only registered guests allowed: Only individuals who have officially booked or are registered as guests are permitted to stay at the cabin for the safety and security of everyone. Each cabin has a maximum occupancy of 4 (adults and children). There will be a $50 per day per person fee for unauthorized guests.

14. No tents: We have prohibited any tents at the cabin. We provide ample sleeping arrangements and encourage guests to enjoy the cabin’s amenities.

15. Fire safety: Please follow proper fire safety standards. Never leave fires unattended and ensure that all fires are fully extinguished before leaving the area.

16. Relax and enjoy: Enjoy the amenities and activities provided, but please do so responsibly. Be considerate of other guests, the local community, and wildlife.
